The instructions below and the video show you how to do a factory reset on an Arrow or Sony VC system.

• Press the tools button twice on the remote commander.
• Then highlight the Home section.
• Then hit 7 and then 2 (in quick succession) - that will open the service command menu.
• Then from here select Clear Setup.
• This will reset the settings back to the factor settings, and the codec will go through a re-boot.
