If you have a VC system and are being harassed by calls from unknown IP addresses, the problem is possibly that you are on a public IP address.  One way to get rid of these calls is to connect to the internet from behind a firewall, where the unit will receive a local IP address only. Your registration to our gatekeeper will ensure that you can still call and be called, although using a different address. So in summary, to get rid of the ghost calls, your IT needs to reconfigure so they provide either fixed IP or DHCP on the local network behind the firewall.
