If you have a Sony Remote Commander/Remote Control (also called the Arrow RF1) that is not communicating with the Sony VC System/Arrow VC System, then please follow the steps below to pair them.

1) Turn off the VC system

2) Turn on the VC system

3) When VC system is booted and ready, within 1 minute, press both the RETURN and the TOOLS buttons on the remote control at the same time. The remote LED shall flash rapidly

4) Press ENTER button on the remote control

5) If the LED flashes twice then goes off, the pairing was successful
