A client was recently installing a plugin for their browser to operate the CeeCloud solution powered by Videxio, when the error message in the adjacent photo occured.
The CeeLab team immediately jumped on it and the CeeLab engineer reported that '...it appears your customer's systems administrator has configured the Microsoft group policies
to prevent users installing plugins for the Internet Explorer browser. The administrator needs to changes the whitelist or allow plugins from Videxio on their browser...'
